WearForato Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email info@wearforato.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and an address.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with its original packaging. We may decline a return of an item that is worn, damaged after delivery, or missing parts, subject to applicable law.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay return postage. Original shipping charges are generally not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept returns sent without first contacting us.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund at no additional return-shipping cost where required. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
