WearForato Terms of Service

Using the store
These terms govern purchases from WearForato and use of this online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into a binding contract and use the store lawfully.

Products and compatibility
Read the product page carefully before ordering, including device generation, band or adapter model, sizing, color, and what is included. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen colors and normal manufacturing tolerances may vary. If the item you receive is materially different from its description, contact us under our Return & Refund Policy.

References to Fitbit, WHOOP, Apple, Garmin, and other third-party names identify compatibility only. These marks belong to their owners. Unless expressly stated, WearForato is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Devices shown for demonstration are not included unless the product page says otherwise.

Prices, orders, and payment
The price and any shipping charges and taxes shown at checkout apply to your order. We may change future prices, promotions, and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and delays
Our Shipping Policy describes processing, transit, tracking, and import charges. Our Return & Refund Policy describes returns and cancellations. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice, cancellation choice, and refund required by applicable law. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Website and intellectual property
WearForato branding and original store text, images, and design are owned by WearForato or licensed to it. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not copy or exploit its content commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain with their respective owners.

Third-party services and liability
The store may use Shopify and third parties for payment, shipping, analytics, and advertising. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Updates and contact
